He is survived by: his wife Deborah Spurlock; his children, Jessica Doyle (Brandon) of London, KY. and Derek Spurlock of Chatsworth, GA.; his grandchildren, Zander Doyle and Abigail Norris; his siblings, Larry W. Spurlock (Jackie) of Lafolette, TN., Sheila Cottrell of Barbourville, KY. and Kathy Berry (Rick) of New Tazwell, TN.; and his stepfather Jay E. Davis. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
