She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Lena Turman; and her siblings, Daniel Hall, Glenwood Hall, Allen Hall and Bertha Hammock.
She is survived by: her son Richie Turman (Lindsey Turman) of Ferrum, VA; her grandson Colin Turman; her daughter Tracie Cooper (Tracey Cooper) of Wirtz, VA; her grandson Spencer Cooper; and her brother Kent Hall (Claudine Hall) of Moneta, VA.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Born on March 14, 1951, Sandra worked at PlyGem for 25 years, where she made lasting friendships and contributions to the company.
