She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Tyree Woody and Mary Elizabeth Price Woody; her brother Taylor Carlton Woody; her grandparents, Albert, Mamie Woody, Carlton and Gussie Price; her great-aunt Annise Craig; and her aunt Mary Ann Woody.
She is survived by: her uncle John; her sisters, Linda Price Woody of Rocky Mount and Pamela Denise Woody (Pam) of Rocky Mount; her uncle C. DeMoss Price (Phyllis); her cousins, Warren Price, John, Frances, Tony Woody, Melissa Harwood (Brian) and Staci Coppinger (Todd); and her close friend Ruth Journell.
