He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Baxter, Sr. and Elizabeth "Lizzy" Viola Johnson Baxter. He is survived by: his girlfriend Lucy Underwood; and his daughter Connie Jo "C. J." Underwood. He is also survived by cousins, extended family.
