It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Clingenpeel (Rocky Mount, Virginia), who passed away on April 12, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd M. Clingenpeel and Velma Bowman Clingenpeel; and his siblings, Glenn Lloyd Clingenpeel and Velma Jo Stanton. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Judy Clingenpeel; his nephews, Patrick Clingenpeel (Beth Greene) and Howard B. Stanton III (Kate); his niece Emily Stanton; his great-nieces, Meredith Clingenpeel, Chloe Clingenpeel and Katie Greene; and his great-nephew Stephen Lloyd Clingenpeel. He is also survived by many cousins, friends.
