It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mayree Robertson of Rocky Mount, Virginia, who passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Tosh and Mary Tosh; her husband Taylor Robertson; her great grandchild Carson Altice; and her brothers, Edgar Tosh, JC Tosh, Clinton Tosh, Billy Tosh and Alvin Tosh (Popeye).
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Robertson (Marea), Rita Layman (Derron) and Becky Pruitt (Barry); her grandchildren, Billy Riddle (Tara), Patrick Robertson, Chris Riddle, Josh Pruitt (Tabitha), Jessie Gray (Austin), Casey Altice (Josh) and Andrew Robertson; her great grandchildren, Caedyn Riddle, Chloee Riddle, Colby Gray, Claire Riddle, Jack Gray, Serena Altice, Benjamin Riddle, Liam Altice and Ella Riddle; her children, Steve and Shelia Dillon; her grandson Cameron Dillon; her sisters, Margie Prillaman and Joyce Ross (David); her sisters-in-law, Mildred Tosh, Shirley Tosh, Gladys Tosh, Juanita Tosh and Pat Robertson; her niece Merle Meadows; and her close friends, Ann Nichols, Sherry Anderson and Debbie Dillon.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM.
