She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Bowles LaPrade (Bob) of Johnson City and Mary Lynn Bowles Fothergill (Bobby) of Roanoke, Virginia; her grandchildren, Emory Claire LaPrade (Amanda Anderson), Ellen Bradley LaPrade, Erin Louise Ray (Jared) and Bryce Carlton Fothergill (Olivia); her stepgrandson Greyland Lee LaPrade; her great grandchildren, Parker Joan Ray and Thea Eloise Ray; and her sisters-in-law, Chappie Bowles Firebaugh, Judy Chitwood Hodges of Rocky Mount and Virginia Drewry Hodges of Jonesborough, Tennessee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
