She was predeceased by: her husband Lester Lowder Williams; her son Jonathan "Scott" Williams; and her sisters, Margie Hemby and Ruthie Belcher. She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie Callaway and Misti Williams; her grandsons, Nicholas Neice and Roger Neice; her great grandchildren, Morgan Wells, Matthew Williams and Sierra Williams; her great great grandchildren, Malayah Williams, Nalani Williams, Noa Williams, Isabella Lawson and James Neice; and her close friends, Carolyn Shivley and Bonnie Grigorieff.

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall (5969 Booker T Washington Hwy, Wirtz, VA 24148).
