She was predeceased by: her parents, Lafayette "Monk" Gillespie and Thelma Frances Hale Gillespie; her husband Roger Lee Wade Sr.; and her brother David Hale. She is survived by: her children, Roger L. Wade Jr. (Amber), Jenny L. Burden (John) and Pamela Hendrickson; her grandchildren, Ellett Underwood Jr., Tyler Underwood, Nicholas Atkins, Zane Burden, Zoe Burden and Chloe Hendrickson; her stepgrandchildren, Rian Wheat, Haley Ferguson, Addison Wheat, Lealan Wheat and Stephen StClair; her stepgreat-granddaughter Raley Wheat; and her nieces and nephews, Kim Flannagan, David Hale Jr., William T. Wade III and Anna King.
