She was predeceased by: her parents, Sandy J. Ferguson, Sr. and Bessie Zeigler Ferguson; her husband Euber J. Smith, Jr.; her son David B. Smith (Brenda C. Smith); her grandchildren, Michael N. Haynes, Jeff M. Smith and Wally Smallwood; and her close friends, Norma Jean Fralin and Virginia Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy S. Jones (Jessie) and Wava Johnson; her grandchildren, Missy Smith (Theresa), Chris Smallwood (Tracy) and Meredith Smith; and her great grandchildren, Brent, Ethan and Jarrett Smith (Melody Smallwood). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
