He is survived by: his wife Annie Brown Foster "Jerri"; his children, Sandra Moses (Jerry), Todd Foster (Loretta) and Heather Angle (Jon); his grandchildren, Jessica Smith, Danielle, Megan Jones, Chelsie Foster (Jamie Hale), Aeriel, Sierra Helton and Tyler Angle; his great grandchildren, Haley Quinn, Leanne Smith (Blaine), Zoey Hite, Tyler Jones, Hannah, Austin Hall and Presleigh Hale; his great great grandchild Ryleigh Elmore; his sister Barbara Cummings (Chuck); his sisters-in-law, Betty, Jeanette, Linda Brown, Ada Wray, Jean Mullins (Clyde), Merle Eames, Lou Lynch (Charles) and Barbara Franklin (Roger); and his pet Gracie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
