Noel (late Marie Noel); his close friend Elizabeth Brooks; and his children, Cherie Burwell, LaToya Noel, Boris Burwell (Sharon), Boyd Burwell (Karen), Lamar Noel (Danika) and Kermit Noel (Patricia). He is also survived by loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
