She is survived by: her brother Orville "Butch" Collins (Ruth); her children, William Blaine Shively (Margaret), Joy Lynn Cundiff (Brian) and Durand Leigh Shively (Angie); her grandchildren, Ryan Shively and Wyatt Cundiff (Autumn); and her caregivers, Betty Hodges and Cindy Bower.
