Juanita Young Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Young of Rocky Mount, Virginia, who passed away on January 13, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Randall Todd Young (Randy); her grandson David Taylor Young; her siblings, Allen, Merrill and Judy Luke; and her friends, Brenda Akers, Margie Gann and Patsy Smith.
She is survived by: her husband David Milton Young; her children, Kimberly Dawn Kincer (Kim) and Phillip S. Young (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Courtney Kincer Hurd, Emily Kincer, Ethan Kincer (Jazmine), Brooke Young, Seth Young, Jacob Young and Katie Overstreet; her great grandchildren, Charli Young, Bella Young, Bayleigh Young and Riley Hurd; her brother Lynwood Evans; her siblings-in-law, George Luke and Etta Young; her friends, Stella Flora, Betty Blair and Carol Moore; and also Lisa Whitlock. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethlehem United Methodist Church (2101 Goose Dam Rd, Rocky Mount, VA 24151).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Juanita's name.
