He is survived by: his brother Cecil Johnson; his wife Alice Johnson; his sons, Kirk Douglas Johnson and Michael Jackson; his granddaughter Chauntae Chatham; his sister Patricia Cabbler; his siblings-in-law, Evelyne Payne, Lois Paige, Jo Ann Johnson, Lewis Paige, Cornelius Moore and Glen O. Cooper; his uncle Emory Benton Taylor, Jr.; his aunt Carol Taylor; and his goddaughters, Pamela and Debra. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
