He is survived by: his wife Valerie Giles Venning of Roanoke Virginia; his daughters, Kristen Michelle Venning of Atlanta, Georgia and Jamie Venning Taylor (Zac Taylor); his grandchildren, Cash and Wren; his daughters, Allison Rader Venning of Charlotte, NC and Lauren Gregorie Venning of Charlotte, NC; the mother of his children Tara Rader Venning of Lynchburg, VA; and his siblings, Laurie Venning Merritt (Bill Merritt) of Atlanta, Georgia, Amy Venning Bordeaux (Chris Bordeaux) and Frank Venning of Atlanta. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
