He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fralin and Elsie Fralin. He is survived by: his wife Marlyn Fralin; his stepchildren, Jessica Spence (Jeremy) and Jamey Scott; his stepgrandchildren, Jackson Spence, Jenasis Spence and Bryson Tyminski; his close friend Petey; his mother-in-law Janet Bowyer; his siblings-in-law, Mike Bowyer (Betty) and Debra Bowyer; and his close friend Harold McNeil.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Brain Injury Association of Virginia.
