She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred; her parents, Carey Thomas and Eva Ellen Wray; and her siblings, Julia Wray, Catherine Hodges and Carey Thomas Wray.
She is survived by: her daughters, Martha Flora (Roger), Joyce Shrader (Ben), Suzanne Holladay (Russell) and Kathy Law; her grandchildren, Kari Reed, Stephen Shrader, Alison Creswick, Ellen Shrader, Russ Holladay and Lindsey Holladay; and her sisters-in-law, Paulette Law and Helen Wray. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount (665 S Main St, Rocky Mount, VA 24151). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Flora Funeral Chapel (665 S Main St, Rocky Mount, VA 24151).
