She was predeceased by: her parents, Posie Lynch and Alice McCall Lynch; her husband Guy Lewis Woody; and her siblings, Lorene Lynch Thurman (Wilford), Anne Lynch McBride (Hughes), Cecil Lynch (Emily Hudson), Guy Lynch (Virginia Boone) and P. L. Lynch, Jr. (Nancy Hall).
She is survived by: her sons, Fred L. Woody (Carol) of Huntersville, NC and William K. Woody (Pat) of Cumming, GA; her grandchildren, Jill of Charlotte, NC, Mark (Jacqueline) of Huntersville, NC, Todd of Morganton, GA and Tracy Cato of Cumming, GA; and her great grandchildren, Cole, Davis, Brody Cato, Aiden Woody, Reese Woody and Lorraine Elizabeth Woody.
