He is survived by: his wife Brenda Cundiff; his daughter Beverly M. Cundiff; his granddaughters, Rachel Altizer (Jason Shaw) and Rebecca Wyatt; his sisters, Juanita Plybon and Betty Hunley; and his close friend John Boitnott.
