She is survived by: her husband Walter Richard "Dick" Ratliff; her children, Walter Richard "Ricky" Ratliff, Jr. and Kimberly Ratliff Sisson (David); her grandchildren, Dylan Richmond and Allison Stevens (Caleb); her great grandchildren, Scarlet, Rozlyne and Cameron; and her brother Ralph DeHart.
Family and friends may meet at the cemetery at 1:45 P. M., Covid 19 requirements are in effect with masks and social distancing.
