She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Scott and Emily Pauline Shrader Hutchinson; her husband Arlie June Sutphin; and her sister Bobbie Jo Tolbert. She is survived by: her pets, Oscar, Fat Cat and Covie; her son Charles Patrick Sutphin of Rocky Gap, VA; her granddaughter Eden Speer; her close friends, Janett Weddle, Ruth Fisher, Kay Thompson and George Bailey; her niece Jessica DeHart; and her nephews, Scott DeHart, Richard F DeHart Jr. and Chris DeHart.
Due to the regulations & restrictions of COVID 19, a private funeral service will be held for her family & closest friends, with interment to follow in the Temple Hill cemetery in Bland VA. All who attend the private service are required to wear facial covering & practice social distancing.
