He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Webb and Harlan William Webb, Sr.; his former wife Evelyne Stowers Webb; his wife Betty Hagy Webb; his aunt Lucille Webb; his uncles, Robert and Leo Webb; and his stepson Dennis B. Frye.
He is survived by: his stepson Jeffrey E. Frye (Iris Frye); his children, Diane Frye, Sean Frye and Matthew Frye; his stepdaughter Melanie Saylor (Tim Saylor); his children, Mikayla Saylor and Kristen Mattas; his stepdaughter-in-law Betty Frye; his sons, Adam Frye and Christopher Frye; and his brother Robert (Kathleen Webb). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations maybe made to the Rocky Gap Methodist Church Building Fund.
