He is survived by: his wife Jane; his sons, Timothy (Amy Havens), Rocky Gap, Jeffrey (Chrystal Havens), Roanoke and Matthew Havens; his siblings, Marie Havens Yates and Garland Havens; and his grandchildren, Rebecca (Rodney, Jared, Carrie), Brooke, Ryan and Noah.
