We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2019, at the age of 78, William Malcolm Ragland (Rockville, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his fathers, Bob Ragland and Bruce Ragland; and his brother Gayle Ragland. He is survived by: his sister Joyce Ragland. He is also survived by Aunt, Richmond; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Massey Cancer Research Center for brain cancer research, 401 College Street, Richmond, VA 23298.
