He was predeceased by: his parents, William Johnson and Nita Johnson; and his stepdaughter Dana. He is survived by: his wife Rita Johnson; his children, Jessica "Jessy" Johnson and Clayton Johnson; his stepdaughter Lindsay; and his siblings, Rusty, Daryl Johnson and Diana.
