She was predeceased by: her father David Ryland Whiteside. She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Dale Kincaid; her mother Jacquelyn Barnum Cosby; her children, April Satterwhite (Matthew), JT Stafford, Sandi Blair, Derek Blair (Courtney) and Sarah Blair; her stepson Cary Kincaid (Kelly); and her sister Susan Stafford.
