With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Faye Ragland of Rockville, Virginia, who passed away on January 26, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Ragland and Bruce Ragland; and her siblings, Billy, Bo Ragland and Gayle Ragland.
She is survived by: her aunt Joyce Ragland; her niece Kim Richie (Gary); her nephew Michael Butler (Simone); her great-nieces, Ryan Butler and Christyna Nealy; and also, Mila Grace Billings, Evageline Nealy and Jonathan Nealy.
