It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernice Hayes of Rockville, Virginia, born in Danville, Virginia, who passed away on September 15, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Hall and Ezra Saunders Hall; and her husband Herbert Westley Hayes. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Wallmeyer and Bonnie Burns; and her grandchildren, Lisa Martinez, John Redding, Ginger Amorin, Susan Wallmeyer and Christopher Wallmeyer. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
