She is survived by: her husband Thomas Perkins; her brother John Goodrum (Donna); her mother-in-law Susie Grant (Johnny); her siblings-in-law, Roger Perkins (Wanda), R. C. Lavender and Melody Watson (Dale); and her close friends, Ruth Ann, Jan, Linda, Cheryl and Suzy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be donated to Berea Baptist Church.
