She was predeceased by: her father William Russell Wheeler, Sr.; and her husband Charles Walter Lewis, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Janet Shultz of Rochelle, Chuck Lewis of Chillicothe, Gene Lewis (Janet) of Rochelle, David Lewis (Ronda) of Graves Mill and Mike Lewis (Cindy) of Locust Grove. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
