She was predeceased by: her father Nathan Osceola Joiner; and her brothers, Joe and James Joiner. She is survived by: her mother Emma Jean Breeden; her husband Roger Wayne Woodward, Sr.; her sons, Roger Wayne Woodward, Jr. (Amanda Miller), Stephen Dale Swink (Robin), Thomas Edward Swink, Jr. and Derrick Evan Woodward; her siblings, Claire Woodward (Wendell), Peggy Joiner (Paul Keyser), Clarence "Woodie" Woodward and Kevin Woodward; her grandchildren, Gaines Swink, Whitlee Swink, Roger Wayne Woodward, III, William Royal Woodward, Alyssa Katherine Woodward, Derrick Evan Woodward, Jr. and Julie Woodward; and her niece Tiffany Lamb (Nadia Finks).
Visitation was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Preddy Funeral Home (59 Edgewood School Ln, Madison, VA 22727). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
