He is survived by : his wife Barbara Davis Cook; his daughter Dayna L. Cook; his stepchildren, Michael Coleman and Kelli Peyton Jones; and his siblings, Barry Murray and Beverly Cumbie.
Wayne was the founder and President of CMC Supply, Inc. with two other partners and a number of branches He served as President from 1978 until his retirement in 2003.
He was devoted to his Church, his family, his employees, customers, friends, charities, those in need, the NY Yankees, any situation he could be of service to, and playing a few pranks along the way.
He was loved by many and will be missed by many.
