She is survived by: her granddaughters, Diane S. Childers (Fenton), Debra B. Vaden (Richard) and Dana B. Horan (Christopher); her great grandchildren, Rachel H. Milan (Kerry), Seth E. Childers, Kara L. Turner and Marla T. Moxley (Daniel); her granddaughter Haleigh S. Horan; her great great grandchildren, Taya L. Marks, Melody L. Marks, Micah T. Moxley and Mila C. Moxley; and her son-in-law Michael S. Sledd.
