With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Robert Inserra of Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on March 8, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Thomas Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Thomas Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Inserra and Mamie Inserra; and his siblings, Johnny and Joellen. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Inserra; his sister Bunny; his children, Thomas James (Bonnie) and Tammy; and his stepchildren, Anna Marie, Charles Jr., Peter Leslie and Irving Francis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
