He is survived by: his wife Debra St. Clair Hill; his children, Stanley St. Clair, Renea Payne (Randall) and Thomas Michael Hill; his grandchildren, Tamara Hill, Destynea Payne, Janae Edwards, Aerianna Payne, Asher and Malachi Payne; his siblings, John Meldrum (Rachel), Carolyn Watts (Willie), Shirley Vereen (Frank) and Mary Meldrum; his siblings-in-law, Shelia Meldrum, Claudette Harper Brown, Mary Terry (Ronald) and Edward St. Clair; his uncle Junius Gaither; and his close friends, Renee Walker, Crystal (Dale) and Delaney Terry. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
