He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Mallory of Camden; his children, Michelle Givens and Robert Mallory (Michelle) of Roanoke, VA; his grandchildren, Sasha Givens, Raven Barnett, Alyssa Yeatts (Devin), Maalik Mallory and Chloe Mallory; his great grandchild Xavier Yeatts; and his siblings, Debbie Mallory of Steubenville, OH and Vincent Hampton (Lisa) of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
