He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Lucille Baldwin, Clifton and Rusha Phelps; his uncle Robert J. Baldwin, Jr.; and his aunts, Suzy Baldwin (Doug Baldwin) of Staunton, VA and Phelps of Millsboro, DE..

He is survived by: his parents, Randolph W. Baldwin and Dinah Phelps Baldwin of Farmville; his wife Marianne; his children, Lindsey and Ryan; his brothers, Robert Baldwin (Kellie) and Matt Baldwin (Kristin); and his nieces and nephews, Charlee, Kya, Lilly, Gideon and Nate.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oakey's North Chapel (6732 Peters Creek Rd, Hollins, VA 24019). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
