Though Norma may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Norma touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her father Jimmy Pugh. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Pugh, Robert Walker (Trey), Jordan Pugh and Ayanna Walker; her grandchildren, Taeshja, Jaydon, Bentley and Jacintha; her mother Hawla Pugh; and her siblings, Johnny Pugh and Kim Scott (Donald). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Simpson Funeral Home (5160 Peters Creek Rd, Roanoke, VA 24019). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
