She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Swope; and her grandchildren, James Hunter Walsh and Ryan Jeannine Walsh. She is survived by: her children, Dixie Walsh and Robert Swope (Silva Rogers); her grandchildren, Nick Swope (Kelly), Sam Swope (Carson), Chris Walsh (Brittany) and Kelly Walsh (Brandon Floyd); and her great grandchildren, Parker Swope, Beckham Swope and Brooks Swope.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Oakey's South Chapel (4257 Brambleton Ave, Cave Spring, VA 24018). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Westhampton Christian Church (2515 Grandin Rd SW, Roanoke, VA 24015).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Feeding Southwest Virginia in her memory.
