She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick W. Urick and Evelyn "Mimi" F. Urick; her aunt Mary Katherine "Kate" Enloe; her husband William "Bill" M. Dyson; and her daughter Carrie F Dyson.
She is survived by: her son Charles "Chuck" E. Dyson; and her brother Charles "Chick" W. Urick (Patricia). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donating in Madeleine's name to the Roanoke SPCA.
