With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linthong Thammavong (Roanoke, Virginia), who passed away on April 21, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Vilay and Bountavi; his stepchildren, Choum, Meuy and Khan; his child-in-law Nome; and his grandchildren, Eric, Ava and Leila. He was also cherished by his children, stepchildren, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oakey's North Chapel (6732 Peters Creek Rd, Hollins, VA 24019). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
