For Kathy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Luther and Vinnie Lee Mayhan; and her siblings, Brenda Lee Mayhan, Paula Jean Mayhan, Martin Luther Mayhan Jr. and Joseph Lee Mayhan.
She is survived by: her siblings, Monica Mayhan Rucker (Larry) and James Taylor Mayhan; and her friend John Hagins.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Serenity Funeral Home (126 Gilmer Ave NW, Roanoke, VA 24016).
