She was predeceased by: her husband Lacy R. Wilhelm, Jr.; her parents, Frank Buchanan and Sallie Buchanan; her sister Janie B. Puckett; her brother-in-law W. Stuart Puckett; and her daughter Martha W. Sharkey.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Blankenship (Larry) of Roanoke; her grandchildren, Stephen Sharkey of Grapevine, TX, Crystal Sharkey of Grapevine, TX and Dr. Veronica Blankenship of Johnson City, TN; and her nephew Warren Puckett (Amy) of Hartshorne, OK..
