She was predeceased by: her husband Norvell W. West, II; her parents, Frederick D. Thacker and Dorothy Elizabeth Carroll Thacker of Staunton, Virginia; her brother Frederick Carroll Thacker; and her nephews, Frederick L. Thacker and Frank Burelson Thacker.
She is survived by: her son Norvell W. West, III (Erin McKee West); her grandchildren, N. Winston West, IV (Elizabeth Clerc West), Izabel Grace West and Carrolline Michelle West; her great grandchildren, Madeline and Cameron West; her brother Charles Edward Thacker; her nephew Steven Edward Thacker (Mary); and her nieces, Patricia Thacker Doll and Valerie Thacker Pattison (Raymond).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Elks Lodge 197 (1147 Persinger Rd SW, Roanoke, VA 24005).
