With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Steele (Roanoke, Virginia), who passed away on April 18, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jeffrey leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Lee Steele and Nancy Marie Clark Steele; and his brother-in-law Danny Leonard. He is survived by: his daughters, Chelsea Victoria Steele and Daisy Marie Steele; the mothers of children, Janet Carpenter Steele and Laura Gibbs; his siblings, Jon Randall Steele, Madeena Leonard, Melanie Steele-Elmir and Melinda Steele; and also Bill Achino. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, close cousins, extended family, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Roanoke Chapel. A reception will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
