He was predeceased by: his parents, William Paschal and Nancy Paschal. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Paschal. He is also survived by four children, three sisters, six grandchildren, and many family members and dear friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Church of the Holy Spirit (6011 Merriman Rd, Roanoke, VA 24018). Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
