Bell; his daughters, Kennedy Bell and Samantha Fullen; his sisters, Tiffany Lawrence and Julie Crawford (Robert Crawford); his uncles, Henry B. Bell and Houston L. Bell (Peggy Bell); his stepsiblings, Holly Porterfield and William Watkins (Emily Watkins); his brother-in-law Mark Lawrence; his nephews, Luke Lawrence and Joshua Bell; and his niece Olivia Lawrence.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at 2902 Brambleton Ave SW, Roanoke, VA 24015.
