He is survived by: his wife Judith Barrett Haskins; his daughters, Melanie (Scott Leweke), Kathryn (Kevin Glasgow) and Nadine Kelley of Roanoke; his stepchildren, Will Abernethy of Roanoke, Nathan, Julie Abernethy of Roanoke, Whitney Miller of Dillwyn, Steve Wilson and Ken Wilson; his grandchildren, Greg, Sam Glasgow, Emma and Mary Leweke; and his stepgrandchildren, Kaylee, Rachel Goin, Elijah, Nora and Isaac Abernethy.
