She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Shilling and Bessie Shilling; her husbands, Lawrence J. Edwards and Cyrus Cronise; and her siblings, Vanola Williamson, Madeline Hall, Carl Shilling and Thomas Maxey.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Edwards, Crystal Bryant (Jimmy), Tommy Edwards and Barry Edwards (Belinda); her grandchildren, Jimmy Bryant, Jr. (Debbie), Travis Bryant (Mendy), Chelsea Wimmer (Jacob), Tessa Haynes (Joe), Lauren Moore (Brandon), Sarah Edwards and Emily Dooley (Branden); and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Cory Bryant, Jordan, Chase Wimmer, Colton, Grayson, Cooper Haynes, Beau Moore, Mila, Micah Edwards, McKinley, Jack and Madison Dooley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Troutville Baptist Church Food Pantry.
